I worked at a pizzeria where the owner’s daughter (not a child) would order this… it’s not on the menu, the mac and cheese was a separate item on the kids’ menu, and she would have us just spoon that shit onto a pepperoni pizza.
Mind you, this was a fairly upscale place with a full bar, expensive liquor, truffles, etc. That woman is a monster.

Ive had mac and cheese pizza, its ACTUALLY not bad at all. Granted, it has to be a good mac and cheese, not the microwavable cup stuff and i wouldnt eat it regularly. This particular pizza IS a crime, macaroni pizza is NOT a crime as a whole.
